The room was comfortable and very clean, which made it a pleasant spot to return to after exploring the nearby attractions. It was great to have convenient access to the metro, making it easy to visit places like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, perfect for a morning boost before heading out for the day! However, the breakfast options could have used more variety, as the selection didn't change much during my stay.

Had a great time! The room was clean, modern, and cozy with a coffee machine, perfect for starting my day. Loved being just a 10-minute walk to the train station for easy access around Rome. Although breakfast options were somewhat limited, everything tasted fresh.

Clean and modern room with a nice atmosphere. The location near a metro station made getting around Rome easy. Found the breakfast selection to be impressive, especially the pastries and fresh fruits that varied each morning. However, the fitness room felt cramped and lacked adequate equipment. Encountered issues with room service, as there were delays in getting a response when we needed assistance. Housekeeping did a good job daily, but we ran into problems with our laundry. after we left clothes by the door, they went missing despite asking for help. The staff at the front desk were nice, but the line was often long during check-in and check-out, causing delays. Would be better if they could manage reception better during busy times.

the air con was absolutely horrible, I was sweating buckets. they refused to give me a second water bottle, everyone needs hydration! also, I couldn’t believe there was no room service, my special needs went ignored. I was thinking of giving a glowing review but I just couldn’t. perhaps when I’m treated like royalty next time, who knows?

Had a great time dining at nearby Trattoria la Tavernetta Pizzeria—authentic Roman pizza that made my taste buds dance! The breakfast spread was commendable, with a mix of pastries and fresh fruits that kept mornings exciting. Plus, the staff were really helpful in guiding us on navigating the city's transport options.
I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel. While the walk to central spots was a trek, it was still manageable. The twin beds pushed together were a bit uncomfortable for cuddling, and I noticed our room had only one coffee pod and a water bottle upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station, making it easy to travel around the city. I particularly enjoyed the clean and modern facilities, which provided a comfortable environment after a busy day of meetings.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning well, which made it hard to sleep on humid nights.

great location , but crowded breakfast area
The location of the hotel is exceptional , with a subway station just steps away for easy access to the city. The breakfast options were diverse, featuring pastries, fruits, and freshly scrambled eggs, making each morning enjoyable. The staff during breakfast were remarkably attentive, quickly cleaning tables and replenishing food, showcasing their dedication to service.
The breakfast area became quite crowded with large tour groups at times, which made finding a table challenging.

Pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The hotel was quite clean and ideally situated next to a metro station, making it super easy to explore Rome. Our queen room was very comfortable, with a great hairdryer and tea-making facilities, which were a nice touch. However, I wish there were more toiletries available, as I expected more from a four-star hotel in that regard.
